How to verify your Epic account
Link your Epic Games account to Discord with Yunite to get access to Polar Scrims open scrims and set scrims. Requirements and common problems.
To play Polar Scrims you link your Epic Games account to your Discord account with Yunite. Verification is what lets the server know who is in every lobby, so results, strikes and bans follow the player and not just a Discord name.
How to verify
- Join the Polar Scrims Discord.
- Go to #verify and follow the Yunite instructions to link your Epic account.
- When it's done you get the Verified role and access to open scrims and Set Scrims sessions.
- Pick Solo, Duo or Trio pings in #verify while you're there.
Requirements
- Your Discord account must be at least 30 days old. Newer accounts are removed from the server automatically.
- One Epic account per player. Alt accounts are punished on the main account: 30-day scrim ban the first time, permanent the second.
Problems
- I can't see the scrim channels. Check that you have the Verified role. If not, verify again in #verify.
- I have the Banned role. You have an active scrim ban. See how appeals work.
- Something else. Open a ticket in #create-ticket.
